Our Mission
TER Enterprise Pte Ltd ( or TER in short and branded as "The Everyday Revolution") is a social enterprise focused on working with special needs young adults who are able to do any form of artworks and handicrafts. Family members may help out the special needs in producing these handcrafted gifts which are inspired by the artworks.
The Company mission is to help incorporate their designs into lifestyle merchandise and at time source for commission works.
These commission works besides artworks, can also be artwork inspired merchandise and corporate gifts! At times, we collaborate extensively with graphic design, web design talents or other able body talents in the production of our merchandise.
The Company also value adds by helping our artists and craftmakers to bring to market their products and services, thereby giving this group of young adults a sense of self worth and dignity and an opportunity to partially contribute to their own financial independence.
Our logo "The Everyday Revolution" symbolizes the daily struggle of these individuals who want to be a better version of themselves and indeed see ongoing improvement and focusing on what they can do rather than on their limitations.
Besides creating the opportunities for these young adults to showcase their artistic talents, we also believe strongly in developing this group to be more aware of others and help them connect socially through interactions via sport activities and social get-togethers.
Social interactions are also an integral part of our mission and we leverage on events held by our equally minded social enterprises as well as TER organised outings to provide such opportunities.
Our Vision
Our vision is to help to build an eco-system for our group or artists and makers by expanding beyond their artistic skills to life skills and be able to contribute back to society.
All these are only achievable only with the collaboration of the most important bedrock - our Caregivers i.e. family members, helpers, volunteers, corporate partners, like-minded social enterprises and the support of governmental agencies and NGOs.
TER honours these dedicated Caregivers who create a safe, friendly and creative environment for these youth with special needs, facilitating socialization and participation in variety of activities and programs both onsite and in the community.
